    This is just a sure sign that the current justices are not sure whether the Cybercrime Law is justifiable or not and does not mean that we can already sleep well. Unless it is declared unconstitutional it will be a sword of damocles to democracy in the Philippines. Meanwhille let us pressed for the passage of the unadulterated FOI Bill.
